1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when received.
- Returned in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
